On my last trip to Holland, Germany and Sweden earlier this month, I stopped by Lush in Amsterdam and picked up tons of goodies. If you've never experienced this store, you are missing out! It's a calorie-free paradise of absolutely luscious (or is that "lushious?") bath and body products, all natural and hand made, with fantastic names, wild color combos (bright pinks, oranges, lime greens) and great results (super soft skin and hair, no breakouts).

Take "Potion," for example, a light and amazingly tangerine-rose scented body lotion. This stuff is addictive! They didn't have any travel-size bottles, so I ended up with the next smallest size, and I'm already halfway through it less than a month later. What do they put in there?! My other favorite is the fizzy "bath ballistics," which are packed with petals and fragrant oils. I bought half a dozen of these, plus some of the "Rock Star" soap, which is pink and smells like bubblegum, and a chocolate massage bar (melts in your hand, not in your mouth). If you ever get a chance to visit their stores in Canada, Sweden, San Francisco or elsewhere, don't pass it up!
