Almost a year has passed and I'm finally getting motivated to work on the site again. It's amazing how hard it can be to get this updated regularly, even when I'm online practically everyday.

So, what's going on in New York? Besides travel to Oslo and Malmo - and upcoming trips to Vermont and Boston - there's been pool at Slate, a bi-level nightclub/pool hall with regulation-size tables and a great sound system...listening to the new Interpol CD and the 24-Hour Party People soundtrack...reading Atlas Shrugged, the classic of Objectivist philosophy. It's quite an entertaining (and lengthy) read, even if you don't buy into Ayn Rand's ideology.
